We had advertised our property TO BE SOLD BY OWNER on several occasions for well over 9 months and received minimal response. It was obvious we wanted to receive as much as possible for all that we had proudly put into our home. We were then introduced to the FLAT FEE concept by HOME@EASE REALTY and thought we would give it a try.
The idea was that we would pay a FLAT FEE of $395.00 to HOME@EASE REALTY to be listed in the MLS system for exposure to all Real Estate Agents representing potential Buyers. We listed with HOME@EASE REALTY for a total cost of $395.00 on SEPTEMBER 25, 2010 and closed the sale of our property OCTOBER 19, 2010.
